We want you to love your GUTS and SOUR merch as much as we do, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and signed items are final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor your return's journey.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
